Health Kick RE-UP

Lately, my health routine has been rather lenient. I don't want to be comfortable by just getting by. Ideally, I would like to work for it. Progression is good thing. A couple of things that I do to maintain where I am at are as follows:

Protein Weight Loss Liquid Shots



Dieter's Green Tea

Workout 3-5 Times Per Week*


*In a perfect world, I will continue my 5 days a week of working out. From a more practical standpoint, it looks like 3 days. 4 days out of the week is good, but my goal is set at 5. :)
