Encounters of the Past

Hello & Greetings!

So I just remembered that the other day I ran into someone at work. I was greeting at the door, so I was able to provide a "warm welcome" as Apple calls it. I genuinely said "Hello. Welcome to the Apple Store." My body language was welcoming but also conveyed that I was at a place of business. I even smiled. Unfortunately, her response was cold silence. I know we had our differences before, but I figure I could be nice. Oh well, thats life. I guess you can't please everyone. It happens. As usual, I'm not mad at the person. It bothered me a little about the situation, but what are you going to do? I don't live in the past, but I do consider past events/interactions. I like to believe that people can change. If I can make progress with myself, I feel others can as well.
