Raves, Rants, & Revelations: Vegas: Day Three

Vegas was like two weeks ago. I am still recovering. My wallet, really. LOL. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Thank You again Ron! Joey had a great time as well. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes there. Gah! I really need to kick the habit. LOL. Get it? Kick? Shoes? Eh, eh? I know, corny but that is me. I get extra bubbly and silly, ask friends and co-workers. I love them, oh so much. Anyways, as I am loading pictures via iPhone and Camera, we wait.

First day, went to the Premium Outlets. Check Burberry, youre in for a treat. ;) They have ties and denim. Fancy, fancy. I also got my Vans on. $30 for some Vans Syndicate. Good stuff! Oh my, Mr. Cartoon, you never looked so good! LOL. :) It was super warm out as compared to gloomy weather in San Diego. Met up with Danilo's childhood friend. Carl is a good guy, just misunderstood. I am glad Danilo still keeps in contact with him. After eating at Pho Hung. LOL. We decided to rest up before heading out to Tao at the Wynn. Where I got denied with my BBC Boat Shoes. No worries, the buddies didn't get in either, after a long wait. I ended up enjoying 25 cent wings at Hooters. Oh also, because of my youthful face, a security guard did a double take upon passing me. Asking 30 seconds later for my ID, which I happily turned over. He was an older gentlemen, taking out his glasses as he checked my ID. After apologizing for the trouble, I returned to my penny slots. Haha.

Second day, did a late start. Woke up to shower and get the buddies ready. After a successful run at Buffalo Exchange LV, we met up with Joey. I got some dress shoes for cheap and saw Gucci dress shoes for $70. We then joined Joey and company at Undefeated. Found some Black Canvas and Carolina Blue Jordan Is for 50% off. Had to cop. Sexy ladies were here and there at both Undftd and Stussy LV. I wanted to see Neek and his awesome xB, but he didn't get in until later. As for lunch, we went to Bellagio for brunch with Joey's familia. I got to meet Joey's niece and nephew. Soo cute. Tight knit, just the way a family should be. :) After our champagne brunch at Bellagio, we walked back to Flamingo. Too many chocolate dipped strawberries! Resting it up back at the suite, I got ready again shortly. Joey and I went to Caesar's for the Forum Shops. Good times! Lots of goodies at Niketown. I was impressed at the amount of sales. A couple colorways of Nike Pegasus were on sale for $50+. Nike Structure runners were on sale as well. The best sales were the Jordans. A couple pairs of lows and a Size 15 Max Orange Jordan 1. LOL. I wish they had my size in those. Back to the hotel again. Waiting for tonight. Cleaned up my new dress shoes and awesome matching shirt. I was good to go, with my grown man on! Met up with Joey at his suite. Pre party drinks were on and popping. After much debate of where to club it up, we decided on Tryst at the Wynn. I had fun. I made sure Danilo had fun too. I scoped four ladies and we had four singles. So I made eye contact and they came up and I gladly obliged. Grabbing Danilo by the arm, I led him to one of the pretty girls. He had this smile on and I knew it was mission successful. The night came to a close, when Joey let me know that Ron and Oneil were still up and ready for action! LOL. I met up with them being designated driver. Haha. Oneil was super intoxicated. After hours of fun, we decided to call it a night. We left the club, and my rubbing my eyes, I see the sun out. I looked at Oneil and said, "How long were we in there?!?!" Obviously, he didn't know, as Oneil was STILL intoxicated LOL. Snuck into bed and napped it up.

Day Three, was a shock and surprise. Woke up at 8AM after being out late/early. I decided to sleep in and do a complimentary late check out. After sleeping in, I saw it was 10AM. I picked up the hotel phone and called to inquire about late check out. LOL. To my surprise, the concierge let me know that late check out was unavailable. Its 10AM and 11AM is check out. I wake up the buddies and let them know the situation. I wake up Danilo and say, "Well, about that late checkout..." We hustle it up and I delegate what needs to be done. 10:29AM hits, I rush downstairs with papers in hand. I get to the lobby to find that the line is wrapped around almost going outside the lobby onto the casino floor. After a couple of minutes, I figure out that I am in the wrong line LOL. I leave the check-in line, and go to the check-out line. Not too bad. Its about 4 or 5 in front of me. I successfully check out at 10:44AM. Good job, on my part. The buddies are bags packed, on the elevator going down. Mission accomplished with time to spare. We decide to roam around, getting souveneirs and eating at Johnny Rockets. Yummy! A little overpriced. Not on the food itself, just on the extras. Our lunch came out to $50, for three people. Then went to Planet Hollywood, where you can find an ABC store. How cool! I only thought these were located in Hawaii. Vegas has everything! LOL. Long road home entailed several hours of traffic, stop at barstow's Starbucks and a two hour stop at Super Target.
