Maestro Knows Season 2

Recently, Levi Maestro finished up Season 2 of his webshow. I must say this video recap of his past encounters, amazing. I really am a fan of him. His creative styling, love for skateboarding, and networking makes him who he is. I feel like watching him and how he interacts with others is genuine. To me, its as if he is eternally grateful for who he works with and how far he has come along. In the ending sequence of this video, he states:

"...Work hard and do for yourself because nobody is going to do what you want for you."

With these words, I strive to inspire myself, and do for myself what can in my own abilities be done. Thank you for those words of wisdom Mr. Maestro. You have undoubtedly enlightened and with that, come Spring 2010, I hope to become somebody. Anticipation and an eager mind is what feeds my soul to move forward. Big plans, big dreams. I can only make that happen. Time to put in work.

Godfather's Restaurant

I know what you're thinking. No, no. It's not Godfather's Pizza. It's actually a local restaurant. In San Diego, Clairemont more specifically, there lies a magical restaurant. Upon parking, all you see is a dimly lit fountain and wooden double doors. As one opens the door, smells of fine cheese, tomatoes, and yum yums LOL. The sound of classic Italian music fills the air and one is greeted by a host in a tuxedo. Fancy shmancy indeed. All the waiters are dressed in tuxedos as well. Onto the food:













I must say the food is wonderful. The dessert, exquisite and generously portioned might I add. The tiramisu is piled high with cream and layers of carbohydrate goodness. Topped off with amazing Espresso powder. Yelp it up to see what the fuss is all about.

Visit

My friends' Thao Dao & Tam Dao have a a couple visitors today. Momma Dao and Sister Dao are coming in for a visit before their flight for this evening to Virginia. Seeing as I have the day off (Thank You new girl Jessica & David), I figure I can squeeze in some time away from studying to tidy up.

















The light is on for reading Political Science material. ATM, happy. I've had a couple of shatty experiences in the past 2-3 days. Toodles.

would like to go on a solo vacation.

acknowledges all his complaints are minimal because out there somewhere, someone has it way worse off and appreciates all God has given him.

My co-worker Jessica W. asked if I wanted something from Starbucks. I said yes. Just water. As I walked to the back she greeted me with my water and labeled it for me. We have so many employees, it's important to label.
